Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the GradeGrabber Chrome extension (“service”) operated by Ideal Technology Solutions ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). There is a 7 day free trial, and after this the Service cannot be accessed without a valid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. No credit card or billing information is stored or processed by Ideal Technology Solutions. Users may cancel their subscription at any time by logging in to their account on the Service website, or contacting Ideal Technology Solutions at support@itsidealtech.com. Subscriptions will be terminated at the end of the active period. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the subscription.
Content
Our Service allows for the transfer of information between websites. It is wholly on the user to validate the accuracy of these transfers. Per our privacy policy, all student data is encrypted and stored locally. The Service will never transmit student data across a network.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The service is to be used at your own risk. Although Ideal Technology Solutions makes every effort to provide quality software, no warranty or guarantee is made to the reliability, accuracy, performance, quality or availability of the Service. There is no guarantee that the Service will be free of bugs or errors or that the services will meet your exact requirements.
Ideal Technology Solutions shall not be held liable for any errors or problems arising from use of the Service. The user is wholly responsible for validating the accuracy of a students grades. Any inaccuracies in grades resulting from the use of the Service is on the user. Grades stored are displayed to the user for review after retrieval.
Changes made by Google Classroom or Powerschool may result in loss of functionality or unexpected results at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to report any issues that arise so appropriate modifications to the Service may be made.

By logging in to the Service you are agreeing to receive communication from Ideal Technology Solutions.
